Our Brand Story

Professional Business Outsourcing Global Ltd. Inc. (“PBO Global”), is a duly registered Business Process Outsourcing company. Its main office is located at Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines.

The company was formed by Michael and Steve who after visiting some outsourcing companies in Clark, were convinced to explore possible business opportunities in the BPO industry. First, their intention was to test the value of BPO through outsourcing specific accounting services. Following this, they decided to establish a PBO Global in 2015, which would provide support to some Telstra businesses in Australia. It just grew then by osmosis. After couple of years, PBO Global started to cater Australian companies across different industries.

PBO Global was able to develop competencies on a range of outsourcing services across myriad of disciplines such as Creative and Marketing, Accounting and Bookkeeping, Legal Services, Technical Support and Web Development.

In 2020, PBO Global’s Australian Director, Michael retired as a director of PBO Global and handed the leadership to it’s Filipino directors. The leadership team is led by Karlo Alvaro as President. Karlo is an entrepreneur, educator and a consultant to multiple startup companies across various fields of business. As PBO Global’s new President, Karlo is helming the expansion of the company’s services both locally and internationally.

PBO Global intends to continuously grow its range of services and market reach by 2023 and succeeding years. Though partnerships and collaborations with local and global experts and companies, the company was able to cater micro-medium sized companies in the US, New Zealand and Middle East.
